Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Reelstory, operated by Reelstory Media Ltd.. By creating an account or watching content you agree to them.

Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Reelstory Pass

A pass gives access to every episode for the period you buy. It is paid once and does not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is active adds its period to the end of the current one.

Payments are made in Tanzanian shillings by mobile money through our payment provider, Snippe. Your purchase is delivered once the provider confirms the payment.

Acceptable use

• Don't copy, record, redistribute or publicly perform our content.
• Don't share accounts or circumvent locks and payment.
• Don't interfere with the service or other viewers.
