Watching
How many episodes can I watch for free?
Every series opens with free episodes, usually the first five to twelve. The number is shown on each series page.
Why does an episode say it's locked?
Episodes after the free ones need a Reelstory Pass. One pass unlocks every episode of every series for as long as it runs.
Can I continue on another device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account and your history, list and pass follow you.
Passes
Which passes are there?
A Weekly, a Monthly and a Yearly Pass. Each one unlocks every episode for its whole period; current prices are on the Reelstory Pass page.
Does my pass renew automatically?
No. You pay once for a week, a month or a year, and the pass simply ends after that. Buy another pass any time to add more time on top.
Account and payments
How can I pay?
With mobile money: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas or HaloPesa. Checkout sends a prompt to your phone and you approve it with your PIN. Prices are in Tanzanian shillings.
I paid but my pass isn't active.
A pass usually starts within a minute of approving the payment. If they don't, email support@reelstory.example with the email on your account and the time of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Passes may be refundable shortly after purchase. See the refund policy for the conditions and how to ask.
