Refunds and cancellation

Passes don't renew

Passes are paid once and end at the close of the period you bought, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge.

Refunds

• Passes: refundable within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't watched a locked episode with it.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded.

Approved refunds are sent back to the mobile money number you paid from.

To ask for a refund, email support@reelstory.example from your account email with the date of purchase. We reply within two working days.
