This policy explains what Reelstory Media Ltd. collects when you use Reelstory and why.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email and a hashed password, or the profile your sign-in provider shares.
- Viewing activity: episodes watched, progress, your pass and your list, so you can continue where you left off.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Mobile money payments are handled by our payment provider, Snippe; we receive the payment status and the number and network used, never your PIN.
How we use it
To run your account, keep your history and pass in sync, process payments, prevent abuse and improve recommendations. We don't sell personal data.
Your choices
You can clear your watch history at any time and ask us to export or delete your account by emailing support@reelstory.example.
